Have fun while meeting new people! The class will start by making homemade vegetable stock. You'll make 3 versatile seasonal soups -- a silky butternut squash, a fall minestrone, and a rich wild mushroom barley. The group will work on basic knife skills and a few techniques that take the mystery out of making fantastic soups. After this class, you’ll see how simple it really is to make a quick soup at home! Soups are vegetarian and can easily be made vegan as well.
