Mom Central is pleased to extend an exclusive invitation to the readers and contributors of our community website, Hip Slope Mama, to attend a free "Simple Style Statement" brunch.
Free and phenomenal events like these don't come along often!! Moms are invited to the "Simple Style Statement" event to enjoy a free brunch at one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn.
The free brunch will be held on Wednesday, Feb 25th at 10:30 am at Tempo Restaurant (256 Fifth Ave., Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY 11215 - Between Caroll St. & Garfield Place - Phone: 718-636-2020). We would love for you to join! If you would like to bring your children, there will be a separate room where they will have kid-friendly refreshments and "Kid Create" will have arts and crafts activities. Also, please feel free to bring your babies.
Tempo Restaurant is partnering with the Modest Needs Foundation http://www.modestneeds.org the proceeds from the event will be donated, in full to this charitable organization that provides short-term grants to people experiencing temporary financial difficulties due to unforeseen circumstances. In addition to enjoying a fine meal the moms will be be contributing to doing charitable work!
The "Simple Style Statement" brunch event is dedicated to busy moms to help them regain their fashion edge and look and feel their best. Whether you're a new Mom learning how to manage your infant's demands, or a more seasoned Mom juggling play dates, car pools, and after-school activities, it's easy for us to put our fashion senses aside while dressing everyone else in the morning! While our children will always come first, it remains critical that Moms don't forget about themselves.
At the brunch, a leading fashion stylist will join you and your friends to provide simple ways in which to regain your fashion edge by updating your existing wardrobe with a few new fashion staples and other creative style tips. All of this will help you ramp up your personal style factor without spending a lot of time or money. The party will also be a great opportunity to catch up with one and other.

The "Simple Style Statement" brunch is supported by Mom Central and Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals. There will be a brief presentation on women's healthcare and the latest on innovative birth control contraceptives.
