Chic Inspiration with Ella Goldin

Hip Slope Mama readers are in for a real treat. Our new regular Style Contributor, Ella Goldin, Founder of Chic Inspiration, here provides the following list of seven irresistible trends and must-haves all women should have for fall:

  • Romantic Blouse (this is such a big trend right now that you can find romantic blouses in all price ranges.)
  • Top-Handle Bag (some of the season's best are from Marc Jacobs and Donna Karan.)
  • Tailored Dress (this is a dress that has slim lines and exquisite tailoring. Most importantly, go with one that highlights your natural waist.)
  • Boots (There is so much variety when it comes to boots: mid-calf, flat, slouchy, shoe bootie or over-the-knee is all the rage!)
  • Relaxed Jacket (This is the transitional jacket best worn when it is still too warm for winter coats.)
  • Big and Bold Necklace (The WOW factor comes at the neckline! Lots of color, Lots of shine. And size -as always- matters.)
  • And lastly, a polished face (Natural color. Soft rosy cheeks. Glossy Lips. Defined eyes and luminous shine.)

Ella Goldin, Founder and President of Chic Inspiration, has always had a passion for fashion and an eye for design. She began editing closets for friends and family as a hobby. Over time, she became known as the friend who could help you whip up a fresh new outfit from a closet filled with seemingly stale choices, and the friend who would force you to throw away the ill-fitting fad piece that’s been collecting dust on the closet floor since the early 90s.

As requests for her advice expanded beyond her circle of friends, Ella noticed a real need for a service that helped men and women build wardrobes that were stress-free, modern and fashionable. She started Chic Inspiration to help people cure their closets and simplify their lives. She is a regular contributor of Hip Slope Mama.
